Kärsti Top Off Complete

May 2020 Construction at Kärsti apartments continues in spite of Covid-19. Contractors recently completed framing the top floor while roofers are actively installing the final layers of roofing. The next phase of the project will include rough-in of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building.

Crown Hill Micros Project Given a Name!

Tacoma Sale Closes

December 2019 9th Street Flats, located just outside the downtown core of Tacoma, WA closed for $3.3M in December, 2019.  The project, originally developed and built by Hamilton Urban Partners Co-Founder Charlie Waterman in 2008, features 16 one and two bedroom apartments.  Curran and Collin Hagstrom of Westlake Associates successfully led the marketing effort.

Hamilton Urban Completes 26-unit Addition to Roxborough

March 2019 Hamilton Urban Partners has completed its 26-unit addition to Roxborough Apartments in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.  Built by Seattle-based Pacific Continental Construction and designed by Neiman Taber Architects, this $6M project nearly doubles the building's unit count, for a combined total of 53 residences.

150th Unit Completed in Silverdale

February 2019 HUP recently finished its 150th unit renovation at the 154-unit Reserve at Bucklin Hill, in Silverdale, WA.  Renovations include new vinyl plank wood flooring, fixtures, granite countertops, as well as a new paint scheme.  Outside of the unit updates, HUP led a full renovation and modernization of the resident clubhouse.
