Hamilton Urban Partners closed on a 28-unit mid-century apartment building located just a few blocks from the Northgate light rail station, set to open in 2021.  The property, rebranded “Link-14” (a reference to the 14 minutes to downtown via light rail)  features a mix of one and two bedroom apartment homes that will undergo cosmetic updates and be improved to include in-unit washer/dryers.  With a larger parking lot, the team envisions eventually increasing density on the site.
