January 2020 Freya Apartments In a nod to the neighborhood's Scandinavian roots, the team has named the project Freya, a Swedish woman’s name and an Old Norse word for “the lady".  In Norse mythology, Freya was the goddess of love, beauty, death, fertility, and battle— like Athena and Aphrodite rolled into one.

January 2020 Construction commenced on the new 20-unit addition to Sylvan Court, a mid-century building in Seattle's growing Central Area.  The new units will feature in-unit washer/dryers, modern finishes and views of downtown Seattle.  The project was designed by Neiman Taber Architects of Seattle and is being built by Pacific Continental Construction, an affiliate of Hamilton Urban Partners.  Construction is anticipated to wrap up [...]
