HUP recently finished its 150^th unit renovation at the 154-unit Reserve at Bucklin Hill, in Silverdale, WA.  Renovations include new vinyl plank wood flooring, fixtures, granite countertops, as well as a new paint scheme.  Outside of the unit updates, HUP led a full renovation and modernization of the resident clubhouse.
