September 2022 Construction concluded on the final three new apartments at Westland Manor. HUP earlier completed two loft units in former laundry and storage space as the first phase of the project. The recently completed second phase included constructing three new apartments in former garage space. The five new units represent a 29% increase in unit count for the 1920s era building.
July 2022 After almost 10 years of ownership, Hamilton Urban Partners has sold 13-unit Cambridge Court Apartments. The charming 1905 vintage property traded for $3.35 million, or $644 psf. Over the course of its ownership, Hamilton Urban added a new apartment, updated interiors and refreshed exteriors. The transaction was facilitated by Curran and Collin Hagstrom of Westlake Associates.
