March 2026 Multiple crews are hard at work renovating units at the Approach at Jackson Park.  Renovations include new cabinetry, opened up kitchens, all new flooring and countertops, and a fresh paint scheme.

March 2026 Siding crews have begun demolition of antiquated lap siding at Luminaire. All new winwo and patio doors combined with new James Hardie panel siding will update the look of the property while giving it years of proper functionally.
