Keeping to Hamilton Urban Partners’ strategy of selling opportunistically, the sale of Townview was completed February 1, 2019.  The property, originally acquired for 1.515M in 2008, closed at $3.100M, representing a more than doubling of the price.  The sale price generated strong metrics, including a price per foot of $448 and a price per unit of more than $344K.
