Towne features 27 workforce housing units in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Residents enjoy the central location, just steps from nightlife in the Pike Pine corridor. Apartments feature hardwood floors and efficient layouts.

Project Scope:

Hamilton Urban Partners acquired the property in 2010 in anticipation of the growth ahead for the 12th Avenue corridor. Initial renovations focused on making the interior hallways more attractive through paint color, detailed carpentry work and significant lighting upgrades. On the exteriors, the team spruced up the landscaping and added flower boxes to improve curb appeal. Improving the quality of management to drive rent growth and resident retention was also a key focus upon acquisition.
