Project Scope:

Addressing antiquated railings, single pane windows and siding deficiencies are among the exterior renovations planned.  Hamilton Urban Partners will work carefully to ensure all exterior and common area updates maintain the building’s distinctive mid-century feel.  Apartments are being modernized with all new kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertops, in-unit private laundry, and new plank flooring.
