Renovations are in full swing at Tanager Grove in Tukwila.  The new branding and signage have been rolled out at the property and in all advertising.  As apartments vacate, the units are being brought up to a standard level of finishes across the property, including plank flooring, modern appliances and quartz countertops.  New carpet and lighting now enhance the corridors while an arborist has properly pruned overgrown trees.
