Project Description

Tanager Grove features 54 apartment homes across 8 buildings in the city of Tukwila, just south of Seattle. The community is located on a tranquil hilltop and is surrounded by greenery and adjacent condominium properties. Residents enjoy its proximity to Southcenter Mall, SeaTac Airport and Downtown Renton. The newly renovated units feature in-unit washer dryer, new quartz countertops, and wood plank flooring.

Project Scope:

Upon closing in 2024, varying levels of renovations were needed due to inconsistent past updates. Following Hamilton Urban Partners’ refurbishments, all homes will include quartz countertops, in-unit washer dryers, modernized kitchens, and wood plank flooring. The exterior will receive fresh paint, updated lighting and enhanced landscaping.
