The property features 54 apartment homes across 8 buildings in a quiet wooded hilltop above Tukwila, just south of Seattle. Hamilton Urban will soon begin value-add projects, including upgraded common areas, modernized kitchens, new quartz countertops, and wood plank flooring. Exteriors will be refreshed with updated colors, signage and landscaping.
