Renovations at Sylvan Court are nearing completion, with 90% of the homes updated and exterior work concluded.  Interior updates included installing completely new kitchens with quartz counters, contemporary cabinetry and built-in microwaves.  Residents enjoy modern amenities including in-unit washer dryers and laminate wood floors.   On the exterior, a contemporary gate and fence were installed to enclose the courtyard and a large water feature acts as a centerpiece to the space.
