Construction commenced on the new 20-unit addition to Sylvan Court, a mid-century building in Seattle’s growing Central Area.  The new units will feature in-unit washer/dryers, modern finishes and views of downtown Seattle.  The project was designed by Neiman Taber Architects of Seattle and is being built by Pacific Continental Construction, an affiliate of Hamilton Urban Partners.  Construction is anticipated to wrap up mid-2021.
