Reserve at Bucklin Hill
The Reserve at Bucklin Hill, a 154-unit property west of Seattle in Silverdale, WA, features extensive rolling lawns, lush landscaping and views of the Olympic mountains. Its spacious clubhouse offers an indoor pool and hot tub, billiards, a media room, a lounge and a spacious workout facility. Apartment homes feature engineered wood flooring, modern cabinetry and granite countertops, new lighting and private patios.
Project Scope:
Hamilton Urban Partners devised a strategy to leverage the property’s strengths and improve on its shortcoming. The clubhouse was dated and had a mixture of uses that were no longer current in the marketplace. The new design included converting a racquetball court to a large exercise room, building a media room in the former exercise room and installing all new furnishings. The apartments were updated with stone countertops, engineered wood flooring, contemporary lighting and a new color scheme.
In an effort to uncover further value add opportunities, in 2019 the group obtained permits and began construction to convert 16 three-bedroom apartments into 32 two-bedroom units.
Current Status:
The project remains in Hamilton Urban Partner’s portfolio
