63-unit Reserve at Blueberry Park provides Bremerton residents an upscale product at pricing well below new construction. Originally built in 1975, Hamilton Urban Partners has renovated the apartment homes to feature engineered wood flooring, granite countertops and open floorplan kitchens. The property offers a clubhouse with an exercise room, kitchenette and a patio for community events. A lush green courtyard is the property’s centerpiece and residents can access adjacent Blueberry Park through a private path. The Reserve is less than 10 minutes’ drive from the ferry dock, making it attractive both to Seattle commuters and employees of the Bremerton Naval Shipyard.
Hamilton Urban Partners led a full renovation of this project, including interior and exterior improvements, as well as rebranding the community. Apartment units were updated with engineered wood flooring, granite countertops and improved ventilation. Significant work was done to rebuild degraded decks and building exteriors were fully painted with a modern color scheme. Major repairs were made to the storm drain system to improve rainwater discharge from the site. Finally, the clubhouse had been used as a storage depot in recent years and so Hamilton Urban Partners renovated the space to make it a fully functional facility for residents.
