Renovations are in full swing and progressing well at Link–14.  Apartment interior upgrades include new flooring, countertops and appliances.  In addition to the ongoing interior renovations HUP will be repainting the exterior and performing landscape upgrades.  HUP has also secured a new permit to replace the crumbling exterior stair towers. By enhancing both the unit interiors and building exteriors, residents will benefit from a markedly improved product at Link–14.
