Tucked at the north end of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, 11-unit Prospect Court offers residents relative tranquility with quick access to the heart of Broadway. The property features a lush gated courtyard with a classic fountain as its centerpiece. Apartment homes include updated interiors with quartz counters, stainless appliances and rich stained wood floors.

Project Scope:

Upon acquisition, the property had no name, so Hamilton Urban Partners created the Prospect Court logo and brand. One of the main drawbacks of the property was exposure to 10th Avenue, a busy arterial, so the team installed a modern wood fence that offers privacy while still connecting the space to the streetscape. Unit interiors underwent significant updates including new granite counters, plumbing updates, adding dishwashers and refinishing the existing hardwood floors.
The team permitted and constructed an additional 1-bedroom apartment unit in former laundry and storage space.
