Hamilton Urban Partners, through its second multifamily fund, has closed the trophy 44-unit Parkwing Apartments. The property will immediately be rebranded Residence 620 in a nod to New York’s habit of naming buildings after the address number. The building is located in the heart of Seattle’s vaunted Lower Queen Anne neighborhood where residents can walk to AI and tech employers in South Lake Union, urban nightlife and excellent transit connections. The over 32K SF building boasts a mix of Studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.  Hamilton Urban intends to upgrade the apartments with in-unit private laundry, all new cabinetry, flooring and a refresh of the exteriors and common areas.
