Construction concluded on the final three new apartments at Westland Manor.  HUP earlier completed two loft units in former laundry and storage space as the first phase of the project.  The recently completed second phase included constructing three new apartments in former garage space.  The five new units represent a 29% increase in unit count for the 1920s era building.
