As a boost for leasing momentum, Hamilton Urban Partners completed the conversion of a maintenance space into a compact leasing office.  As part of this project, HUP moved the front door to face outward, making the approach more welcoming.  New windows were added for natural light and to make the space feel larger.  Finally, all new upscale furnishings signal a level of quality prospective tenants should expect at Tanager Grove.
