Morningside Heights apartments features 26 spacious apartment homes and 5 commercial units anchored by an Edward Jones.  The property is centrally located in Seattle’s Wedgewood neighborhood, just a short walk to local eateries and services. Held by the original family since construction in 1994, Morningside Heights has been well cared for but lacks modern features and amenities.

Project Scope:

Hamilton Urban Partners updated the apartment homes with quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, all new LED lighting, contemporary plumbing fixtures, vinyl plank flooring, square baseboards and a fresh paint scheme.  The lobby and corridors were repainted and provided new modern flooring. On the exteriors, HUP executed a complete residing as the original cladding had reached the end of its useful life, enabling a new eye-catching color scheme.
