Set in Seattle’s diverse Capitol Hill neighborhood, Mod-19 is walking distance from the Pike/Pine corridor, downtown, and Capitol Hill’s charming 15th Avenue and yet tucked away on a quiet residential street. The site features two buildings consisting of eight apartments: four studios, three 2-bedroom, and one 2-bedroom penthouse. Common areas include a bicycle facility and tenant storage lockers. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. The project was built to a 4-star Built Green rating.
Hamilton Urban Partners teamed up with OneBuild to complete Mod-19, Seattle’s first modular multifamily building. Hamilton Urban Partners led the development process and OneBuild acted as general contractor and supplier of the off-site manufactured modules. OneBuild’s innovative processes provide higher quality construction, increased cost efficiency, and faster delivery than traditional site-built, small scale construction.
