Project Description

This 36-unit community constructed in 1985 is located on a prominent corner in the Melody Hill neighborhood of Mountlake Terrace, just off the 220th St SW Interstate-5 exit. Spread across nine buildings, these oversized, townhouse-style floorplans feature design elements that make them live more like a single-family home than an apartment. The homes include wood burning fireplaces and individual backyards, two features that can be rare in rental units.

Project Scope:

Apartments are being modernized with new kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertops, stainless appliances and new plank flooring. On the exteriors, irrigation and landscape improvements are planned.  Individual apartments will also receive new spacious private patios for better use of the generous outdoor spaces. HUP is rebranding the property and introducing its proven asset management program.
