Link-14 is a 28-unit mid-century apartment building located just a few blocks from the Northgate light rail station set to open in 2021. The property, rebranded “Link-14” (a reference to the 14 minutes to downtown via light rail) features a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. Refreshed homes feature modern designs with quartz countertops, engineered wood flooring and in unit washer/dryers.

Project Scope:

Hamilton Urban Partners revamped the building exterior to modernize it while keeping true to its mid-century roots.  New enclosed stair towers provide a fresh look, along with a more comfortable and secure experience for residents.  The apartment interiors have undergone updates including adding washer/dryers, new hard surface flooring and quartz countertops. With a large parking lot, the team envisions eventually increasing density on the site.
