Laurel Court is a quiet single story 10-unit apartment community in the heart of Ballard. Homes include direct front door access with private fenced yards and patios. Residents can reach historic Ballard Avenue on foot in under 5 minutes and access downtown on express buses just a block away. Interior amenities include granite countertops, stainless appliances and manufactured wood flooring.

Project Scope:

Upon closing, extensive updates were needed due to significant deferred maintenance at the property. Hamilton Urban Partners rebuilt kitchens and installed new appliances and flooring throughout. A new exterior color scheme was devised to emphasize the brick exterior and mid-century origins of the building. Private yards with individual patios were developed using a modern horizontal fencing design.
