Construction at Kärsti, a co-living Hamilton Urban project is now complete. Furnishings are arriving daily, and work is underway to set up extensive common areas including lounges, fully equipped kitchens, a media room, bike storage, and a fitness center.  With over 3,000 sf of space, these common room areas are being designed to foster community without compromising privacy. This is to ensure that residents experience an exceptional co-living environment unparalleled by any of the other properties in the area. Pre-leasing for Kärsti is in progress and initial move-ins are expected over the next few weeks.
