Kärsti Apartments is a 52-unit coliving community in Ballard offering private studios combined with numerous shared spaces designed to foster fun and friendship. This project pairs attractive design and comfortable living with affordability. The compact homes feature engineered hardwood floors, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with quartz countertops.

Project Scope:

Hamilton Urban Partners partnered with Neiman Taber Architects on this project from inception, with HUP leading the development process and NTA heading up the design. Pacific Continental Construction, an affiliate of Hamilton Urban Partners, was the project’s general contractor.
