Hamilton Urban Partners Multifamily Fund has closed on its first asset, the Tara Apartments.   Rebranded Tara Lake View, all 24 homes feature huge private decks with breathtaking views of Lake Union, Gas Works Park and downtown Seattle. The property is nestled on a quiet side street where residents can enjoy tranquil living but still have convenient access to the shops and eateries on Dexter Avenue, the bike path on Westlake, and major employers in South Lake Union and Downtown.

Working carefully to preserve the building’s distinct midcentury feel, Hamilton Urban will replace antiquated railings with glass rail style railings and repair the exterior envelope.

Apartments will be fully modernized with all new kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertops, in-unit private laundry, new plank flooring and energy efficient lighting.
