Hamilton Urban Partners has broken ground on three additional apartment units at Westland Manor, the company’s original asset.  The homes will replace underutilized garages and will feature quartz counters, stainless appliances and a modern industrial look.  The three new units are in addition to two added in 2020; in total, the new homes will increase the unit count by 29%.
