Hamilton Urban Partners has completed the first few renovated homes at the Townhomes at Melody Hill, previously called Delta Apartments.  The team focused on opening up the kitchens into the living rooms with a new breakfast bar.  The kitchens were upgraded with all new cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless appliances.  Flooring and fixtures are replaced as needed.  3 of 4 homes have already rented at or above expected rents.  Homes also will have new outdoor patio spaces to enjoy the property’s ush landscaping.
