15-unit Glass Flats is located at the north end of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Nightlife, shopping and services, as well as historic Volunteer Park, are five minutes away by foot. These mid-century modern apartments have extensive windows providing ample sunlight. Interior amenities include a modern industrial look with quartz counters, sleek new cabinetry and concrete floors. A charming private courtyard features a trickling fountain, lush landscaping, seating and a grill for residents.

Project Scope:

Upon closing Hamilton Urban Partners branded the property Glass Flats, a reference to the units’ generous fenestration. The exterior color scheme was rethought to emphasize the mid-century modern roots of the building. Unit interiors also were updated with a mid-century modern look including new countertops, cabinetry, and concrete flooring. Bike storage was added in the basement, a popular amenity for residents. In the courtyard, a water fountain was added along with resident seating and a stainless-steel community grill.
