Hamilton Urban Partners has completed its final project at Sylvan Court which included the conversion of a resident lounge into a rental unit, and the expansion of a 1-bedroom apartment into a 2-bedroom home. Both apartments feature in-unit laundry, stainless appliances, quartz countertops and plank style flooring.

This brings the total unit count to 41 after the team doubled the building from 20 units to 40 units through a major building addition completed in 2021.
