Hamilton Urban Partners has closed on Corona Apartments, a 25-unit apartment building located on the south slope of Seattle’s vibrant Queen Anne neighborhood. Corona offers sweeping views of the Space Needle and downtown Seattle.  Built in 1909 and reminiscent of San Francisco row homes, this wood frame building features charming architectural design as well strategic value-add opportunities for investors. Hamilton Urban Partners intends to update apartments and add private bathrooms to units currently using shared common restrooms.
