Construction crews are hard at work bringing Luminaire back to its former glory. Apartment upgrades include all‑new cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and vinyl wood‑plank flooring. In the corridors, fresh paint and new carpeting have been installed. The 52‑space garage has been fully repainted and outfitted with upgraded lighting. Exterior improvements are also underway: portions of the building will receive new siding, all patios will be refinished, and the entire façade will be repainted with a refreshed color scheme.
