15-unit Columbia Green is located in heart of Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood, an area known for innovative dining, charming shops and lively nightlife. The property is strategically located midway between the Columbia City light rail station and the historic neighborhood center. Downtown can be reached in under 20 minutes on the light rail. Homes feature modern designs with quartz countertops, stainless appliances and engineered wood flooring. Common amenities include a stainless steel community gas grill and laundry facilities on each floor.
Hamilton Urban Partners rebranded the property Columbia Green, in reference to the lush green park next door. A new modern color scheme was devised for the project, including memorable green highlights. The team installed new deck railings and converted tuck under carports to garages with electric doors. An overgrown space to the rear was rethought into a community grill area. The apartments were updated with quartz counters, engineered wood flooring, stainless appliance and modern light fixtures.
Hamilton Urban Partners permitted and had built an additional 1-bedroom apartment in what had previously been underutilized storage and laundry room space.
