After almost 10 years of ownership, Hamilton Urban Partners has sold 13-unit Cambridge Court Apartments.  The charming 1905 vintage property traded for $3.35 million, or $644 psf.  Over the course of its ownership, Hamilton Urban added a new apartment, updated interiors and refreshed exteriors.  The transaction was facilitated by Curran and Collin Hagstrom of Westlake Associates.
