Located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Caldwell is a unique building that consists of five oversized apartments, ranging from one to three bedroom units with modern finishes and convenient exterior breezeway entries that double as balconies.

Project Scope:

In 2007 the team executed light interior renovations, including flooring, paint, fixtures, and appliances. In 2017, the interior finishes were upgraded again to include granite countertops, vinyl plank flooring, and modern fixtures. The team is exploring a major redesign of the façade to offer a more contemporary exterior look.
