Excavation and shoring are nearly complete for Hamilton Urban Partners’ newest micro housing project.  Pacific Continental Construction is the project general contractor and First Financial Northwest Bank is providing construction financing, while Neiman Taber Architects is the architect and a co-sponsor of the project.  The property will feature 79 compact apartment homes with generous shared amenity spaces including spacious common kitchens and lounges, and a resident bike storage and repair area.  Two boutique commercial spaces will face 15th Avenue NW.
