Excavation and shoring are nearly complete for Hamilton Urban Partners’ newest micro housing project at 8311 15th Ave NW in Ballard/Crown Hill.  Pacific Continental Construction is the project general contractor and First Financial Northwest Bank is providing construction financing, while Neiman Taber Architects is the architect and a co-sponsor of the project.  The property will feature 79 compact apartment homes with generous shared amenity spaces including spacious common kitchens and lounges, and a resident bike storage and repair area.  Two boutique commercial spaces will face 15^th Avenue NW.
