Westland Manor was originally a 17-unit classic brick apartment community originally constructed in 1928. The property is in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, just off the lively shops and eateries of 15th Avenue. With condo-quality kitchens and baths, extraordinary classic interior finishes and a handsome brick exterior, Westland Manor sets the standard for residents seeking both modern amenities and classic old world charm.  In 2020, Hamilton Urban Partners obtained permits and began construction on an additional five units in what had been underutilized laundry, storage and parking space.

Project Scope:

When Hamilton Urban Partners acquired the project in 2008 it was vacant and partially through a major renovation in anticipation of converting the apartments to for-sale condominiums. Hamilton Urban Partners completed the renovations and quickly leased the project up at premium rents. Improvements include building high‐end modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, slab granite counters, and custom cabinetry, as well as all new bathroom fixtures and tiling.

The team started construction in 2020 of two additional apartments and plans to add three more in 2020 bringing the total unit count to 22.
