9th Street Flats, located just outside the downtown core of Tacoma, WA closed for $3.3M in December, 2019.  The project, originally developed and built by Hamilton Urban Partners Co-Founder Charlie Waterman in 2008, features 16 one and two bedroom apartments.  Curran and Collin Hagstrom of Westlake Associates successfully led the marketing effort.
