Built in 1905, Cambridge Court is one of Hamilton Urban Partners’ historic gems. This wood-frame building is clad in classic red brick and features charming details including archways, 5-panel doors and crown molding. The property is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, just blocks from the Broadway light rail station. A range of apartment types exist, from compact studios to spacious two bedrooms homes.

Project Scope:

Hamilton Urban Partners rebranded the property upon acquisition to better reflect its English country design. The team updated the corridors with modern paint colors and carpeting upon acquisition. The apartments were renovated with granite countertops, refinished wood floors and updated kitchens that preserved the charming historic cabinetry. Hamilton Urban Partners was also able to add an apartment on the main floor and convert a 1-bedroom into 2-bedroom home.
