The Hamilton is a 52-unit apartment building completed in 2017 located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The apartments were designed to be compact for affordability, while still offering luxury features such as stainless appliances, quartz countertops, engineered hardwood floors and high end plumbing fixtures. To maximize space inside the homes, laundry is located down the hall on each floor. A rooftop deck provides spectacular views of Lake Washington and the Cascade mountains along with a community gas firepit, ping pong table and gas grill.

Project Scope:

Hamilton Urban Partners led the development of the site, from early design, through permitting, construction and lease up. Neiman Taber Architects designed the building and Pacific Continental Construction, an affiliate of Hamilton Urban Partners, acted as general contractor.
