9th Street Flats is a 16-unit apartment building located on the eastern edge of downtown Tacoma. Built in 2008, the six-story building contains a mix of one and two bedroom units and two large penthouses on the top floor. Unit interiors feature hardwood flooring, stainless appliances, oversized balconies, and views of Mt. Rainier.

Project Scope:

CR Waterman & Company developed the property from raw land acquisition, through design, permitting, construction and lease up.
